Curbed Philly features 1027 Ridge!
Curbed Philly features 1027 Ridge on the most recent round of rent comparisons. With apartments starting at $1,300 before utilities, our lofts offer high ceilings, large windows and views of Center City and the Reading Viaduct. A recent renovation of the lobby and common areas has brought the building back to life. We are currently working on opening the fitness room and bike storage room. The metal marquee with neon lights will be installed on the front of the building within the next few months.
With so much interest in the building, we have started a waitlist for new and interested tenants!
To schedule a showing and see the latest units available email info@artsandcrafts.holdings.
Neighborhood Plan Forum!
I'm excited to invite you to a community-wide forum to discuss the issues that will go into the next Chinatown Neighborhood Plan next Tuesday, 2/28, 6-8pm, in the sanctuary at Chinese Christian Church and Center (1101 Vine St). You're welcome to drop in and stay as long as you like, as this is NOT a sit down meeting.
Please spread the word to your respective neighbors and encourage them to attend.
This forum will go deeper into specific issues such as getting around in the neighborhood and public space.
PCDC still looking for Chinese speaking volunteers to help provide interpretation that night - if you know anyone willing and able, please reach out to Sarah Yeung @ Philadelphia Chinatown Development Corporation or syeung@chinatown-pcdc.org.

Chinatown Neighborhood Plan HAPPY HOUR
Hello Spring Arts!
PCDC has just kicked off the process of creating a new Chinatown neighborhood plan (including Chinatown, Callowhill and CT North). I'd love to have Arts & Crafts and your local tenants participate. This is a 9-month process but there are two immediate opportunities:
First, there is a short storytelling survey online for residents and employees to tell us what the neighborhood means to them (see flyer and link).
Second, there is a neighborhood happy hour coming up on Jan 18th at the Trestle Inn where everyone who fills out a survey will receive a free beer (also see flyer).
Get on Board!
GET ON BOARD!
In October 2016, the Center City District (CCD) broke ground on Phase 1 of The Rail Park. Stretching from Broad Street at Noble to Callowhill between 11th and 12th Streets, this historic quarter mile will soon become our city’s newest elevated public park, with a distinctive design that celebrates our industrial past and cultural heritage. As the excitement builds, join us on the first Wednesday of every month from 5PM-8PM as we grow awareness of the project and raise funds to close a $700,000 funding gap for Phase 1 construction. 20% of all sales from each monthly Build the Rail Park Happy Hour, hosted at The Trestle Inn, will go directly to support construction. The January 4th event features: Happy Hour Specials & Snacks $7 Ryed The Rails Cocktail!
So grab some friends and get on board! This event is FREE but kindly Register. You can suupport the Rail Park through the Center City Foundation anytime at https://donatenow.networkforgood.org/supportccdf.
New Lobby Design
Arts + Crafts Holdings is please to present the quirky and cool new lobby redesign imagined by Michael Shannon Designs. The new look plays with the building's history and the neighborhood's character featuring music industry graphics, a nod to 1027's past life as a punk rock venue.
Each elevator lobby has unique artwork and furniture that exudes cool and speaks to the funky history of the building.
