Welcome home.

Exterior facade renovation design. Adjacent to the future Viaduct Rail Park.

1027 Ridge is a 6-story, 38,000-square-foot building adjacent to the proposed Rail Park. Historically, the building was the location of various furniture manufacturers and most recently in the 1990's, before conversion into residential apartments, was the location of a popular venue for experimental music, called Astrocade.

The building has 28 loft apartments and prime ground floor retail space. 1027 Ridge is centrally located in the emerging creative Spring Arts neighborhood. Studio, 1 & 2 Bedroom Units are available and feature hardwood floors, open layout kitchens, in-unit washers and dryers, with a fitness room and bike storage room. The building is equipped with an elevator, secured key fob entry, and is both Verizon and Comcast internet ready.

Be a part of the change.

In addition to exterior renovations, Michael Shannon Designs has designed interior finish upgrades for the lobby and common areas throughout the building. The design scheme pays homage to 1027 Ridge being the former home of Astrocade, a venue for creative musicians, and its roots as a manufacturing hub.

Spring Arts District in Callowhill is an up and coming neighborhood that is home to a series of amazing outdoor murals in partnership with Mural Arts. It is also home to restaurants such as Roy Pitz Barrel House, El Purepecha, Cafe Lift, Prohibition Taproom, Sazon, and W/NW/N. It is a neighborhood with great energy and new initiatives planned for the near future.
